Supracor Spacells Exfoliating Mitt
What do you use to exfoliate your skin in the shower? There are many options such as loofahs, exfoliating gloves and sponges. Do you know that most of those items should be cleaned between every use and if they cant be cleaned, thrown out after only 1 use? They harbor bacteria that starts growing the second you turn off your shower and its dripping wet. That bacteria can cause ingrown hairs and break outs.
I started using Supracor Spa Mitts 2 years ago and I LOVE them! They are made from a synthetic honey comb material that is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial and resistant to mold. Do you know about double dipping?
When you go into a waxing salon, one of the most important things to look for is a very clean and sanitized environment. One thing to really look out for is double dipping. What is double dipping? Double dipping is reusing a wax stick that is used to apply the wax to the skin. Once that stick has touched your skin, it needs to be thrown out and a new wax stick used with each application of wax.
Double dipping can transfer pathogens, bacteria and diseases from one person to the next. It is very important that a new wax stick is used each time wax is applied to the skin. I am so in love with this oil. I had to share it with you! It is one of my favorite products Ive ever come across. 10% Oxygen + Sunflower Elixir from Jessa Skincare. I started using this oil 6 months ago and now everyone in my family is using it. I slather this stuff from head to toe. I put it on my kids sunburns and chapped skin. I put it on insect bites. My husband loves it and he is someone with very sensitive skin because of rosecea. I use it on all of my clients for facial massage as well as an after wax or sugaring balm. It kills bacteria and promotes healing.
There is a really great article written about the science of ozonated oils if you are the kind of person that likes to have all the information about a product. This oil is just ozone and organic sunflower oil. Sunflower oil is amazing for the skin and its a very small molecule size so it soaks right into the skin leaving no greasy feeling at all. It wont clog pores.
